Not to sure on the little black plastic pieces are for no instructions for them or a described card other wise I’m very happy
The two different plastic pieces fit and snap together after you place wires between them. You can peal and stick the pair to a convenitent place to keep everything neat and organized. Optionally, there is space to slip a small zip tie through them as well.
