Orders are able to be picked up by appointment only, Monday-Friday 9am-4pm, ET
Please call prior to picking up new OEM parts as the availability is always changing. Some new OEM parts must be ordered in, and are not held in stock at all times (even if displayed as in stock on the website).
Domestic:
We are located in Tampa, FL USA. All orders ship from our warehouse in Tampa, FL. All orders arrive 2-5 business days after payment unless the buyer pays for an expedited service. If no shipping service is selected, or if the item ships for ‘Free’, we will ship with USPS or UPS at our discretion. Transit times displayed on the website are for estimate only. The only guaranteed transit times are expedited shipping options with UPS. Additional shipping charges apply for AK, HI, APO and PR.
International:
Any import duties, taxes or other costs associated with international shipping are not included in the price of the item or the shipping charges. International shipping costs are calculated based on your location. We ship with USPS Priority Mail International and UPS International. The actual transit and delivery time varies depending on location.
Important Express Shipping Information
If you are considering choosing an expedited shipping option from our selection of shipping services, please note we can only fulfill these requests if ordered prior to 12:00 PM (EST). For example, if you need an order delivered on 09/02/2022 with UPS Next Day Air, place your order by 12:00 PM (EST) on 9/01/2022 to ensure you receive it by the desired time. The express shipping options that are available are UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS 3 Day Select.

Freight:
Some items that are too large/heavy for standard USPS or UPS will need to be shipped with a freight service. The freight carrier is selected at our discretion based on your location and the items that are being shipped, and the service time may vary. Items that fall under this category will only have one option for shipping service available at checkout. That option will note that "additional freight costs are required, please contact us prior to your purchase". We recommend having a business/commercial address for freight shipping as that is the most cost effective option for shipment. If you do not contact us prior to checking out, we will send you an invoice for additional payment after your purchase.
All freight shipments advertised as 'Free Freight' must be shipped to a business address in the continental United States. We can ship freight to a residential address for additional charges. Please contact us!
Important Freight Notice:
All freight shipments MUST be inspected immediately upon receipt. It is your responsibility to note and visible damage on all copies of the freight bill. If concealed damage is noticed when unpacking, please contact us ASAP. Concealed damage must be reported to the freight carrier within 5 days, after that time frame we cannot help with any damage claims.
