Warranty, Shipping/Pick Up and Policies

Warranty:

All used parts carry a 30-day satisfaction and 6 month guarantee from the original invoice date. If a part becomes defective with in the 6 month guarantee, please contact us for return directions. The defective part can be returned for an exchange of the same part only. 

The 30-day satisfaction guarantee starts on the original invoice date. If you no longer want an item, it can be returned for a refund if it was not installed. To return an item please contact us for a return authorization. You will be refunded the cost of the part, less any shipping, shipping protection paid and payment processing fee's. Return shipping will only be covered in the event of a damaged or defective part. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs associated with any return for a part that is no longer needed, no longer wanted, or a remorse return.

Extended Warranty:

The extended warranty that is available for used parts is a 6 month extension of our standard warranty. If added, the total warranty time is 12 months from the original order date. The extended warranty can be purchased up to 30 days after the original order date. If a part is defective, NTL Auto, LLC (dba ALLMAG Auto Parts) is only liable for the part. NTL Auto, LLC (dba ALLMAG Auto Parts) is not liable for any additional costs associated with a defective part, including labor

All new OEM parts carry a 1-year guarantee from the original invoice date. If a part is defective with in the 1-year guarantee, please contact us for return directions. The defective part can only be exchanged for the same part.

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage resulting from negligence, improper installation or lack of maintenance, flood, accident, or fire
  • Damages resulting from modifications that alter the original engineering or operating specifications of the vehicle or part.
  • Failure due to external influences
  • Requests for warranty coverage by any person other than the original purchaser.
  • Parts warranty does not include do-it yourself repairs or repairs performed by unlicensed repair facilities.
  • If the vehicle in which the covered part is installed is used in competitive driving or racing.

Engines & Transmissions:

If an used engine or transmission is defective with in the 6 month guarantee, please contact us for return directions. The defective part can be returned for an exchange and we pay the return shipping.

For our engine or transmission warranty to be valid: 

  • The engine or transmission must be maintained to the original manufacturer’s (MINI/BMW) specifications.
  • The engine and/or transmission must be in the original condition as listed in the photos. Not altered or modified with aftermarket performance enhancing parts.
  • Products used in competitive racing or on commercial or rental race tracks are not warranted.
  • Our engine and transmission warranty does not include do-it yourself repairs or repairs performed by unlicensed repair facilities.

Electronic Modules & Systems:

  • As per the nature of these parts, electronic modules and/or other parts and systems of the same nature may need reprogramming of some kind in order to function properly in the vehicle in which they will be installed. We do not offer reprogramming services, and are thus not responsible for any additional costs/issues associated with reprogramming these parts.

All guarantees are void on international purchases, no returns.

Please call prior to picking up new OEM parts as the availability is always changing. Some new OEM parts must be ordered in, and are not held in stock at all times (even if displayed as in stock on the website). 

Domestic:

We are located in Tampa, FL USA. All orders ship from our warehouse in Tampa, FL. All orders arrive 2-5 business days after payment unless the buyer pays for an expedited service. If no shipping service is selected, or if the item ships for ‘Free’, we will ship with USPS or UPS at our discretion. Transit times displayed on the website are for estimate only. The only guaranteed transit times are expedited shipping options with UPS. Additional shipping charges apply for AK, HI, APO and PR.

International:

Any import duties, taxes or other costs associated with international shipping are not included in the price of the item or the shipping charges. International shipping costs are calculated based on your location. We ship with USPS Priority Mail International and UPS International. The actual transit and delivery time varies depending on location.

Important Express Shipping Information

If you are considering choosing an expedited shipping option from our selection of shipping services, please note we can only fulfill these requests if ordered prior to 10:00 AM (EST). For example, if you need an order delivered on 09/02/2022 with UPS Next Day Air, place your order by 10:00 AM (EST) on 9/01/2022 to ensure you receive it by the desired time. The express shipping options that are available are UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS 3 Day Select. 

Please contact us prior to ordering new OEM parts with expedited shipping, as the availability is always changing. Some new OEM parts must be ordered in, and are not held in stock at all times (even if displayed as in stock on the website). In that case, an express shipment would be delayed.

Freight:

Some items that are too large/heavy for standard USPS or UPS will need to be shipped with a freight service. The freight carrier is selected at our discretion based on your location and the items that are being shipped, and the service time may vary. Items that fall under this category will only have one option for shipping service available at checkout. That option will note that "additional freight costs are required, please contact us prior to your purchase". We recommend having a business/commercial address for freight shipping as that is the most cost effective option for shipment. If you do not contact us prior to checking out, we will send you an invoice for additional payment after your purchase.

All freight shipments advertised as 'Free Freight' must be shipped to a business address in the continental United States. We can ship freight to a residential address for additional charges. Please contact us!

Important Freight Notice:

All freight shipments MUST be inspected immediately upon receipt. It is your responsibility to note and visible damage on all copies of the freight bill. If concealed damage is noticed when unpacking, please contact us ASAP. Concealed damage must be reported to the freight carrier within 5 days, after that time frame we cannot help with any damage claims.

Returns:

The buyer is responsible for confirming part compatibility issues. Please e-mail or call us with any fitment questions prior to making a purchase. We can help with fitment questions if you provide the last 7 digits of your VIN. All our items are used unless otherwise stated.

All shipments to Florida will be charged the applicable 6% sales tax plus county specific surtax.

If a part becomes defective NTL Auto, LLC (dba ALLMAG Auto Parts) is only liable for the part. NTL Auto, LLC (dba ALLMAG Auto Parts) is not liable for any additional costs associated with a defective part, including labor.

All used parts have a 6 month guarantee against any defects. If a part is defective within the 6 month guarantee, please contact us directly for return instructions. The defective part can be returned for an exchange of the same part. The replacement part will ship as soon as the original part has been returned. There is no additional charges for the return shipping or exchange for a defective part.

Order Cancellation:

Orders that have been placed (but not shipped) can be cancelled prior to shipping. Unfortunately, the payment processing fees are not refundable from the processor. A cancelled order will be refunded, minus the processing fees

Please call prior to picking up new performance parts as the availability is always changing. Most new performance parts are drop shipped and must be ordered in. The parts are not held in stock at all times (even if displayed as in stock on the website). 

Some of the performance products offered on our site are for off-road use only. It is the responsibility of the customer to check with all federal, state local and environmental laws prior to ordering and installing a product. NTL Auto, LLC (dba ALLMAG Auto Parts) is not responsible for any fees, fines or costs that a customer may incur as a result of failing to check with federal, state, local or environmental laws prior to ordering and installing a product.

If you have subscribed to other ALLMAG Auto Parts mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
