Warranty, Shipping Information and Policies
All used parts carry a 30-day satisfaction and 6 month guarantee from the original invoice date. If a part becomes defective with in the 6 month guarantee, please contact us for return directions. The defective part can be returned for an exchange of the same part only.
The 30-day satisfaction guarantee starts on the original invoice date. If you no longer want an item, it can be returned for a refund if it was not installed. To return an item please contact us for a return authorization. You will be refunded the cost of the part, less any shipping paid. Return shipping will only be covered in the event of a damaged or defective part. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs associated with any return for a part that is no longer needed, no longer wanted, or a remorse return.
The extended warranty that is available for used parts is a 6 month extension of our standard warranty. If added, the total warranty time is 12 months from the original order date. The extended warranty can be purchased up to 30 days after the original order date. If a part is defective, NTL Auto, LLC (dba ALLMAG Auto Parts) is only liable for the part. NTL Auto, LLC (dba ALLMAG Auto Parts) is not liable for any additional costs associated with a defective part, including labor.
All new OEM parts carry a 1-year guarantee from the original invoice date. If a part is defective with in the 1-year guarantee, please contact us for return directions. The defective part can only be exchanged for the same part.
Engines & Transmissions:
If an engine or transmission is defective with in the 6 month guarantee, please contact us for return directions. The defective part can be returned for an exchange and we pay the return shipping.
For our engine or transmission warranty to be valid:
- The engine or transmission must be maintained to the original manufacturer’s (MINI/BMW) specifications.
- The engine and/or transmission must be in the original condition as listed in the photos. Not altered or modified with aftermarket performance enhancing parts.
- Products used in competitive racing or on commercial or rental race tracks are not warranted.
- Our engine and transmission warranty does not include do-it yourself repairs or repairs performed by unlicensed repair facilities.
All guarantees are void on international purchases, no returns.
We are located in Tampa, FL USA. All orders ship from our warehouse in Tampa, FL. All orders arrive 2-5 business days after payment unless the buyer pays for an expedited service. If no shipping service is selected, or if the item ships for ‘Free’, we will ship with USPS, UPS or DHL at our discretion. Additional shipping charges apply for AK, HI, APO and PR.
Any import duties, taxes or other costs associated with international shipping are not included in the price of the item or the shipping charges. International shipping costs are calculated based on your location. We ship with USPS Priority Mail International, UPS International and DHL. The actual transit and delivery time varies depending on location.
Some items that are too large for standard USPS or UPS will need to be shipped with a freight service. The freight carrier is selected at our discretion based on your location and the items that are being shipped, and the service time may vary. Items that fall under this category will only have one option for shipping service available at checkout. That option will note that "additional freight costs are required, please contact us prior to your purchase". We recommend having a business/commercial address for freight shipping as that is the most cost effective option for shipment. If you do not contact us prior to checking out, we will send you an invoice for additional payment after your purchase.
All freight shipments advertised as 'Free Freight' must be shipped to a business address in the continental United States. We can ship freight to a residential address for additional charges. Please contact us!
Important Freight Notice:
All freight shipments MUST be inspected immediately upon receipt. It is your responsibility to note and visible damage on all copies of the freight bill. If concealed damage is noticed when unpacking, please contact us ASAP. Concealed damage must be reported to the freight carrier within 5 days, after that time frame we cannot help with any damage claims.
The buyer is responsible for confirming part compatibility issues. Please e-mail or call us with any questions prior to making a purchase. We can help with fitment questions if you provide the last 7 digits of your VIN. All our items are used unless otherwise stated.
All shipments to Florida will be charged the applicable 6% sales tax plus county specific surtax.
If a part becomes defective NTL Auto, LLC (dba ALLMAG Auto Parts) is only liable for the part. NTL Auto, LLC (dba ALLMAG Auto Parts) is not liable for any additional costs associated with a defective part, including labor.

The defective part can be returned for an exchange of the same part. The replacement part will ship as soon as the original part has been returned. There is no additional charges for the return shipping or exchange for a defective part.
