My mechanic received it 2 days ado, May 6, not 14 days ago. I was told that the window came in damaged, with scratches and chips on the bottom. However, because my wife arrived back in town on the 4th and needed the car for work I told him if it worked, install it.
You did not advertise your window as used or refurbished. The price that you charged along with the other parts I had to buy for the repair and installation cost more than expected, but I was assured a new window and did not get it. I will make sure others are warned!
