I looked into the order you placed on February 2nd. USPS stated that they attempted deliver on Saturday, February 7th. I would reach out to USPS with your tracking number to figure out why they are unable to deliver to your business. Additionally, we issue refunds once we receive the part back at our office and inspect it. We expect to see it today, but cannot control USPS's deliveries.
