We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding your purchase. We make every effort to clearly identify the condition of our parts in our listings, including whether an item is new or used. Approximately 90% of the parts we sell are used OEM parts, including the part you purchased, which was listed and described as used.
As we explained in our previous email, we are willing to accept the part back as a remorse return. We can provide you with a return shipping label, with the cost of the label deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may purchase your own return shipping label.
To remain eligible for the return, the part must be delivered back to us by August 31, 2026.
We regret that you were dissatisfied with your purchase, but we remain willing to accept the return in accordance with our return policy.
