My order arrived on time, but the box was damaged and some of the nuts, bolts, and a ball joint was missing, presummed exiting through the hole in the box that developed during shipping. I emailed AllMag a picture of the hole and explained the missing parts on Saturday. Monday morning I received a phone call about the missing parts. I was asked to take more than one picture of the damaged box. I sent the pictures and received another phone call concerning the new pictures and was told an order for the missing parts was already in the works. Sometime Monday afternoon I received an email that the box was waiting for the shipping company to pick the new box with the missing parts for me. Wednesday I received the missing parts. The person I spoke to over the phone was quite understand and let me know they would take care of everything that day. And they did. I definitely recommend them and plan to place later orders with Allmag.
