The plug on the handle changed on MINI's built after 11/2008. This repair kit is used to adapt the newer style handle to the pre-11/2008 production wire harness.
For the rear barn doors/split doors: Fits both left and right hand side. If you need a kit for both rear handles, order a quantitiy of two.
